Our experience with Trailmarkers over the years has been entirely positive. Trustworthy, nice, reliable, knowledgeable and caring are just a few words I use to describe Trailmarkers. Our dogs love them (maybe more than us) and it is always so reassuring to know that when we are out of town that the dogs are in their capable hands. It is so nice, especially in a city as big as LA, to find a business that deeply cares about their customers even though the customers have four legs! You guys really are the best!!! I have never seen the dogs happier than when they see you have arrived to take them on a hike, true canine joy! Thank you from all of us!

Before we even make plane or hotel arrangements, we first check to see if Andy and Erin are available to watch our dogs. If they aren’t available, we aren’t going anywhere.
We adopt medically special needs dogs, so we can’t leave them in the care of just anyone. Not everyone can inject a 175 lb Great Dane and 90 lb Labrador with insulin twice a day, or as puppies give our current dogs 8 pills a day each for their medical condition. Andy and Erin do it with ease and confidence, which allows us the comfort of knowing our babies are being well taken care of.
Four of the most important people in my life are my doctor, my dentist, my hair stylist, and Trailmarkers! I wouldn’t trust the care of my dogs to anyone else!

Let’s face it, finding the right people to care for your pets can be as tricky as finding the right day care for your kids. I met with many different dog care folks until I found Andy and Erin, and it was the best decision I could have made regarding my dog’s well being. There’s nothing more satisfying than coming home from work and seeing your dog exhausted, napping and very happy from a vigorous 2 mile hike with Andy that afternoon. She absolutely adores Andy and Erin, she is beside herself with glee when she sees them. I trust them implicitly with the care of our girl, and for us, dogs are our kids!
